Dr. Sandiya founded the clinic on a conviction shaped by years in high-volume IVF centres: outcomes improve when one senior specialist follows a couple through every scan, every decision, and every result. She personally designs each stimulation protocol and reviews every embryology report with the couple.
Her special interest lies in the difficult cases — poor responders, repeated IVF failure, and advanced maternal age — where individualised protocols matter most.

Dr. Ananya leads Sandiya’s gynaecology and minimally invasive surgery services. Her practice centres on the conditions that quietly steal fertility — PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids — treated early, thoroughly, and with fertility protection built into every surgical decision.
Patients know her for consultations where period pain is taken seriously, questions are welcomed, and no concern is dismissed as “normal for women”.

IVF outcomes are decided in the laboratory as much as in the consultation room — and Rahul runs Sandiya’s lab to that standard. He oversees fertilisation, embryo culture, grading, and freezing, with continuous monitoring of air quality, temperature, and every incubator, around the clock.
He also does something few embryologists do: meets couples to walk them through their embryo report, so the science of their cycle is never a black box.
